Refund policy

We strive for excellent customer service and want you to be thrilled with your purchase! But if for any reason, you would like to return your items, you may do so for up to 30 days from the day you purchased it. After 30 days, we will offer you store credit in the form of a Purple Peony E-Gift Card (good for up to one year from the date of delivery). It will be emailed to you when your return is processed. Exceptions will be made during the holiday season (November 1st- December 31st) as we understand you may be purchasing items as a gift. Items purchased during this timeframe may be returned through January 15th to the same method used for payment. After January 15th, you will be issued store credit via E-Gift card per normal return policy.

Since we offer free shipping at purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. We recommend returning the items through a trackable means, since we can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please include your packing slip with your return, with a note of the reason (defective, didn’t fit, etc.)

For shoes...please return the box (if one was provided at purchase) encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not be able to accept a return.
